Kompanion Bank strives to consolidate the social development of society with its financial stability. The development team of Kompanion Bank provides the opportunity to complete an annual training in Farmer Field School for vulnerable communities in remote regions. We offer 20 trainings per year, based upon an ethno-ecological approach in two directions: «Ecogarden» (agronomy) and «Livestock Management» (animal husbandry). From 2010 to 2022, Kompanion Bank's team provided 46 167 training sessions for 75 095 community members covering 1 448 villages across Kyrgyzstan.

The main goal is to help young people and adults set financial goals, manage their personal budget, create savings, understand banking tools and use them effectively. Measures to improve the financial literacy of the population contribute to the formation of a culture of family budget management and creating savings, a responsible attitude to finances, and provide knowledge on how to choose a loan product and prevent over-crediting.
