Payment terminals

Kompanion Bank's Automated Payment Terminals (APT) allow you to top up current accounts and make payments to third parties. For customer convenience, the payment terminals are located in the Bank's branches.

Types of available payments

• Bank account replenishment (loan repayment)
• Utility bill payments
• Mobile phone balance top-up
• Payments for internet, cable/digital TV
• Mobile app account top-up, and more.

Payment service procedure

To use the services of the ATM, you need to review the Public Offer  for payment acceptance services through the APT, select the required service, enter the account number and insert bills into the bill acceptor.

• Payments are accepted only in the national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• A single payment cannot exceed 15,000 KGS. There is no limit on the number of transactions.  
• The daily limit for account replenishments and loan repayments is 55,000 KGS.
• Replenishments and loan repayments made before 4 PM on business days are credited the same banking day. Replenishments and loan repayments made after 4 PM on business days are credited the next banking day.
• Payments made in favour of third parties (such as mobile services, internet providers, cable/digital TV, utilities, etc.) are processed instantly.
