Dear customers,

Within the framework of recommendations stated in the Kyrgyz Republic Governmental decree dated November 13, 2020 No. 552 "On the provision of state support to borrowers who received loans from financial institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic",

Kompanion Bank CJSC informs the borrowers on the following:

Financial institutions are advised to exempt borrowers whose initial principal amount of the loan is no more than KGS 100,000 (one hundred thousand), received before October 1, 2020 (that is, the loan was received on September 30, 2020 or earlier)  from the payment of accrued interest / surcharges in December 2020 and January-February 2021.

Borrowers are not exempted from paying the principal amount of the loan, as well as interest accrued for other periods.

If the borrower has several loans up to KGS 100,000 (one hundred thousand), interest on only one loan is subject to compensation, in one financial institution only. If interested, the borrower should submit a written application on the choice of a financial institution and an appropriate loan to the Bank by December 5, 2020.

The decision to exempt the borrower from paying the above interest will be made after the formation of the final registers and establishing the timing and procedure for subsidizing (i.e. adding subsidization costs to the Republican budget for 2021, concluding an agreement on transferring subsidies to the Bank between the Bank and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic).

Interest for December 2020 is expected to be subsidized by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in January 2021. In this regard, we ask you to make repayments for December 2020 in accordance with the payment schedule. In case of receiving subsidies from the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, interest for December will be credited to the settlement accounts of the borrowers. In case the borrower is denied subsidies on loan interest within the framework of the Governmental decree, the interest will be paid by the borrower himself in accordance with the concluded loan agreement.
