Registration and Remote Identification
Complete identification without leaving your home and use all the bank's services in one application!
1. Download “Kompanion” app from Google Play or App Store;
2. Complete the registration process;
3. Complete remote identification.
To log into the app and register, you need to:
1. On the mobile device screen, tap the application shortcut.
2. In the "Data Security" window it is necessary to read the Privacy Policy and click the "Agree" button.
3. In the authorization window, enter the cell phone number to which the application is linked. Confirm familiarization with the Offer and User Agreement by ticking the box and click "Continue".
4. Next, you need to think of a secure password and confirm it. The password must be at least 6 characters long and contain: letters and numbers.
5. After successful registration, an SMS message with a one-time code will be sent, which must be entered in the opened window.
6. Next, you need to come up with a 4-digit PIN code and confirm it.
It is recommended to come up with a secure and rather complex PIN code. This PIN code will need to be entered each time you log in to the mobile application. It is recommended to avoid obvious, easily assumed combinations, such as the end of the phone number, date of birth, etc. It is necessary to follow the rules of security and storage of personal data when using the mobile application.

If your mobile device was previously configured to unlock applications using your fingerprint (Touch ID), the following window prompts you to use your fingerprint scanner to enter the mobile application: If you do not use Touch ID, the home page of the mobile application automatically opens.
