Accounts and Payment Cards

All your Elcart and Visa payment cards opened with Kompanion Bank are available for making payments and transfers in “Kompanion” mobile application. The list of cards is displayed in the “Accounts and Cards” section.

In the same section you can order a new Elcart or VisaGold card (KGS/USD). There are 2 options available to you when ordering:

1.          Choose the nearest branch of the Bank where it is convenient for you to pick up your new card;

2.          Order a free delivery (only in Bishkek).

For each card, you can generate a statement for specific dates and view the history.

Link any ELCART card to the application

If you have ELCART card from another bank, you can link it to “Kompanion” app to make cashless purchases, transfers and other transactions.

1.     From the application home page, select “Accounts and Cards”.

2.     Select "Link card" from the list.

3.     Fill in the card details such as cardholder name, number, expiration date and CVV.

4.     Click "Link".

Attention! Your card must support online payments. If you have any questions, please contact the bank that issued your card.
