General Meeting of Shareholders
General Meeting of ShareholdersIt is the supreme management body of the bank. The Board of Directors convenes the General Meeting of Shareholders annually after the end of the financial year. However, if necessary, the General Meeting may be convened also extraordinary on the initiative of shareholders, the Management Board or the Board of Directors during the year. Shareholders approve the bank's budget, approve the bank's charter, and make decisions on particularly important aspects of the bank's activities.
