Vano Baliashvili has 28 years of experience in banking. Vano is a graduate of the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Engineering and Economics. He also holds an MBA from the European School of Management and holds an MSc in Project Management from George Washington University (Georgia). Vano went through all career stages, starting his way as an accountant in 1993 and subsequently becoming the chief operating officer at one of the largest banks in Georgia - TBC Bank. Thanks to effective management, strategic planning, and innovation, TBC Bank has taken a leading position in the banking sector of Georgia under the leadership of Vano Baliashvili. He is currently an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at TBC Bank (Uzbekistan) and a member of the Supervisory Boards at other financial institutions in the region.

Rosanna is a senior impact investment professional, with proven track record of investments in sustainable banking and renewable energy in emerging markets ( private equity&debt financial institutions, project finance renewables); institutional capacity development (strategy, risk, audit, HR management) and corporate governance. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she started her career in the banking sector of Kyrgyzstan from a commercial bank and then the National Bank of the KR. After graduating from the University of Reading (UK) with MA in Banking and PhD in Economics she continued her career in the financial sector internationally. She is currently managing Financial Institutions ECCA and Energy Transition Europe investment teams at Triodos Investment Management (Netherlands) and a member of the Supervisory board at another bank in the region.

Chnara Mamatova

Chnara Mamatova is an economist and certified financial analyst with extensive experience in the financial sector and government agencies. Chnara graduated from Kyrgyz National University and Bishkek International School of Management and Business, where she studied economics, management, and accounting. She also earned her Master's degree in Macroeconomics of Developing Countries (USA) from Williams College. Chnara has many years of teaching experience at AUTPKR combined with practical experience in managing commercial, financial institutions and implementing projects in international organizations such as USAID and UNDP. Chnara is currently an Economist at USAID Kyrgyzstan

STEFAN MARIO QUECK

Stefan has over 25 years of banking and finance experience, including financial consulting. He started from International Projekt Consult, Germany, that provides consultancy, advisory and institutional development services to banks and other financial institutions in transition economies and developing countries and worked in top international banks and financial corporations, such as ProCredit Holding, Germany, and Inter-American Development Bank, USA. Stefan has served as Regional Director Latin-America in FINCA International/FINCA Micro Finance Holding. He received his MBA in Economics from Freie Universitaet, Germany. At the present moment, Mr. Queck is an international financial consultant.

Levan Tkhelidze
Levan has over 22 years of experience in the financial sector of Georgia, in such significant banks as TbilCreditBank, TBC-Bank, Standard Bank (currently Terabank), Liberty Bank. Levan held leading positions from economist to Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the bank. From August 2009 to July 2010, he was an expert on foreign economic activities at Ch.I.U.P. “Forward Capital” in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. Levan's work experience includes managing the bank's operations, international operations, treasury, branch network, as well as the card and payment business of banks.
Levan graduated from the Tbilisi Institute of International Economic Relations with a degree in Economics of the United States and Canada in 1996, after which he studied at the Tbilisi Educational Economic Institute with a degree in International Economic Relations, and in 2005 received a master's degree from the European School of Management - Tbilisi.
