Internet banking from Kompanion Bank is a secure and convenient way of remote banking services, which allows you to manage accounts online via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Kompanion Bank offers its customers 2 options for using the Internet banking service: the view mode and full mode.

The view mode allows clients to receive help information and perform the following operations:

  • obtaining information on the balance and cash flow of accounts;
  • monitoring of the state of deposit accounts;
  • monitoring of credit accounts and viewing of information on debt;
  • obtaining account statements;
  • viewing the exchange rate;
  • using credit and deposit calculators;
  • reviewing assets and liabilities.

The full mode allows customers to remotely manage accounts and carry out the following operations, in addition to the options available in the viewing mode:

  • intra-bank transfers to their accounts and accounts of third parties;
  • purchase / sale of foreign currency;
  • payment for Gross and Clearing systems;
  • obtaining information about the balance and cash flow of accounts.

To connect this service you need to:

  • have a bank account at Kompanion Bank CJSC;
  • read the Agreement of the connection of online banking services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (public offer) by absolute and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement;
  • get an envelope with passwords.                                                                                                         

In order to ensure security for the login you must enter a one-time SMS password, which is sent free of charge to the mobile phone number specified in the application to use internet banking. Roaming should be connected to get SMS-passwords outside the Kyrgyz Republic’s territory.

Technical requirements:

  • browser Internet Explorer 11 and higher or other modern browsers;
  • enabled Cookies;
  • enabled JavaScript.

For safe use of internet banking service, we recommend not to pass any personal data (username, password, PIN) to third parties, not to reply to letters of request for user information and change personal data regularly. Kompanion Bank CJSC never asks for this information.
